The Steps to Success
- Screening: To determine the merits of the case, i.e., is it "meritorious"?

- Organize Records: Place medical records in chronological order: Organize, tab, paginate records.

- Medical Review: Identify the key aspects of the case, then locate the truly relevant medical records,

- Compliance: Identify deviations from and/or adherence to standards of care and correlate them

- References: Obtaining the most credible supporting references and relevant medical, nursing and
scientific literature standards and guidelines.
- Experts: Determine the types of testifying "Experts" needed and assist in locating

- Interview: Interview clients and key witnesses to gather essential information not shown in
the medical records, documents and tangible items. List typical relevant services.
- Case Completion: * Summarize all opinions
* Provide recommendations
* Develop a comprehensive outline or table of contents

required.
